Biscuits recipe
Ingredients:
60 g plain flour
40 g butter (room temperature)
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
20 g caster sugar
Instructions:
1 Wash your hands.
2 Measure your ingredients.
3 Mix the flour and butter together in a mixing bowl.
4 Add the vanilla extract and sugar.
5 Squeeze the mixture until it sticks together.
6 Roll it out with a rolling pin.
7 Use a cutter to cut out biscuit shapes. Place them
on a baking tray.
8 Bake in the oven at 160°C Fan/180°C/Gas 3 for
12–15 minutes.
