This recipe calls for 60g plain flour, 40g room temperature butter, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, and 20g caster sugar. The instructions are to wash hands, measure ingredients, mix flour and butter together, add vanilla and sugar, squeeze mixture until it sticks together, roll out dough with a rolling pin, cut into shapes with a cutter and place on a baking tray, then bake at 160C Fan/180C/Gas 3 for 12-15 minutes.
