1. Biscuiti diamante
Ingrediente
200 gr faina
140 gr unt moale(la temperatura camerei)
1 ou
100 gr zahar pudra
15 gr cacao pudra
50 gr zahar
Mod de preparare reteta Biscuiti diamante
Intr-un bol se amesteca untul,zaharul pudra,faina si cacaoa.
Trebuie sa fie o compozitie omogena.
2. Se ruleaza compozitia in forma de salam de cca 3 cm diametru.(eu l-am ambalat intr-o folie
alimentara) si se da la rece cca 1 ora.
Dupa ce a stat la rece se desface de folie si se unge cu oul batut apoi se presara zahar (cristal).
Se portioneaza apoi cu un cutit felii de cca 4-5 ccm si se pun pe o placa de patiserie tapetata cu
hartie sulfurizata.
Se pastreaza putin spatiu intre biscuiti ptr a nu se lipi.
Se coc la 180° cca 12-15 minute.
Se pot servi cu un ceai,lapte cafea etc.
