This document outlines a goal to create a network of skilled organizations in Brazil's public and private sectors to organize the biodiesel production chain from start to finish, making turnkey biodiesel projects available to the market. The vision is to take joint actions to improve access to reliable and affordable energy services to promote sustainable development, alleviate poverty, create opportunities, and realize Brazil's potential for intensive and extensive use of biomass energy resources, thereby helping to achieve UN Millennium Development Goals.
