Major Findings : Although Allahabad Bank is a old Bank having sufficient
customer basestill thebranch was very efficient in manage by all
the staffs.
There was no queue at any of the counters as the customers
walking in were served immediately.
Front Office servicewere very cordial and helpful and shared all
the informations of various products.
Will remember their interaction with us as they entertained us
even when we went there without prior appointment.
Comparatively YES Bank a newer branch with low customer
base.
