Michael O'Rourke has over 30 years of experience in the life sciences industry with a focus on ophthalmology. He has held various leadership roles at several companies, including Scotia Vision, Bausch + Lomb, Chiron Vision, Alza, Pfizer Howmedica, and 3M Pharma. Throughout his career, he has successfully launched over 13 drug and medical device products, managed over 28 key brands, and led 12 business development projects including licensing and co-promotion agreements. Most recently, he was the President and CEO of GrayBug, where he helped raise capital and secure SBIR grants for an ophthalmology drug delivery startup.
