Big Tags Cookieless Context Profiling
Optimize the first point of
website customer contact
Companies invest a lot in tools that personalize their sites by customer
behavior. However, most of those tools are rendered toothless when a new
visitor without an existing behavioral profile arrives to a website. This leads to
disappointed users who often leave after just a few seconds. Big Tags uses
cookieless context profiling to improve user engagement in those precious first
moments, helping companies turn first time visitors into customers.

The Big Tags contextual analysis engine collects various
real-time data points from the visitor’s browser using a script
and sends them to the Big Tags server. We enrich that data
using our own databases and various APIs to form an educated
guess of the user’s current context. That guess is then turned
into simple tags which are returned to the browser.
