The UConn Graduate Consulting Team was asked by BiCi Co to identify and create key systems and databases to track membership, inventory, and contacts. Specifically, BiCi Co wanted a membership database to track attendance, equity hours, and membership renewals, as well as a donations/inventory database. Currently, BiCi Co uses Wufoo forms on their website to collect this information, but it is manually entered into spreadsheets. The team's objective is to build a database to automatically store and update membership details from the Wufoo forms.
