a. Choose MARCNext; then BIBFRAME TestBed
b. Choose file type MARC; then fill in the source file name and the save file name. Click “Process”
button to start the conversion
3. Notepad++ :If you don’t see it on your Start menu, then use the “search programs and files” box to
locate the program. Open the BIBFRAME .xml file in Notepad; copy the file (or a segment) to the
W3C Validation Service.
