While the sport has gained a great popularity, there are no major
Indian brands that are selling trekking shoes. Most of the brands are
either imported or small.
Woodland sees this as an opportunity to gain a large market share by
being the first mover.
7. Event
Climb the Wall Challenge in Decathlon, Noida
The launch of the shoe to be done in Decathlon, Noida.
For the launch a 25 feet climbing wall will be created.
Buyers will be challenged to climb the wall in less than 3
minutes
Person to climb it in the least amount of time will be
winner
Prize
The prize for the winner will be a 4 day all expense paid
Trekking Trip in Himanchal.
