A crack approximately 65mm long and 15mm deep was visually observed in the boiler feed water pump discharge casing up to a stud bolt hole. 1. Boiler feed water pump discharge casing :-
During Visual inspection we can see crack is approximate 65 mm long and 15 mm depth (up to
stud bolt hole). During MPT of casing we observed this crack is continuing up to further age
below surface.
