Looking back at your preliminary task what do you feel you have learnt in the progression
from it to the full product?
My preliminary task was very simple a short, our opening sequence is well planned out and has many
different elements shot wise and was just generally a lot more complex

What went well while doing the preliminary project?
Final Cut express – I learnt the basic skills required to make a film or clip, this just included putting
together clips and cutting them slightly

how to set the camera onto different settings

How have these aspects changed between the preliminary project and the opening sequence?
Final Cut express – I now know how to cut clips, put clips together, add effectsand transitions between
clips to make a film which flows well

What other things have you learnt?
Superimposing text – I can put text on top of other clips in my films and make titles like in a real films
opening sequence, I had no clue how to do this while doing the preliminary project

Adding Music – I can make and add music to videos that I have made making it flow with what is going
on, on screen

What type of shots did you use in the opening sequence?
Long shots – These were the scene setting shots to let the viewer know where the scene is based and
what might happen in this scene

Close up shots – I used these on the bike and on the bag of shreds to make them stand out and then
more shots to show the reaction towards it
