To
  Whom
  It
  May
  Concern:

Ms.
  Jacqueline
  Berg
  was
  a
  student
  in
  my
  Compensation
  and

Benefits
  course
  and
  my
  Human
  Resources
  Management
  course

last
  year.

  She
  consistently
  turned
  in
  strong
  submissions
  on
  time.

Her
  writing
  style
  was
  very
  clean
  and
  most
  definitely
  met
  my

expectations
  regarding
  format
  and
  detail.

Her
  work
  specifically
  exceeded
  my
  expectations
  due
  to
  her
  use
  of

multiple
  outside
  references
  and
  personal
  experiences
  in
  her

writing.

  Her
  analyses
  were
  thoughtful
  and
  full
  of
  helpful
  insights.

This
  not
  only
  impacted
  the
  quality
  of
  our
  classroom
  discussion,

but
  the
  on-‐line
  discussion
  process
  as
  well.

  I
  found
  her
  open,

respectful,
  and
  engaging
  in
  her
  work
  with
  classmates.

  We
  had
  a

very
  passionate
  class
  and
  Jacqueline
  was
  always
  very
  supportive

of
  her
  classmates’
  opinions,
  feelings,
  and
  experiences.

  She
  often

added
  great
  examples
  that
  further
  reinforced
  the
  concepts
  we

were
  focusing
  on
  at
  the
  time.

Jacqueline
  has
  a
  lot
  of
  potential
  in
  human
  resources
  based
  on

what
  I
  have
  seen
  in
  her
  coursework
  as
  well
  as
  her
  participation
  in

our
  group
  discussions.

  She
  is
  ethical,
  thoughtful,
  supportive,
  and

very
  analytical.

  In
  addition,
  her
  work
  and
  leadership
  experiences

in
  the
  healthcare
  field
  will
  provide
  a
  solid
  base
  for
  her
  should
  she

chose
  such
  a
  role.

Sincerely,
