 Benefiq services are delivered directly to consumers or
employees/members through a fully personalized Web site
as either
 Voluntary – where enrollment requests are processed as a
result of member solicitation
 Non-Voluntary – where enrollment costs and solicitations are
made part of a membership materials and associated fees
 Members can join, cancel or update their membership
using self-service enrollment screens
 All membership materials (booklets, cards, call center and
member communication) are branded and deliver in a
consistent manner
 Online reporting assures timely tracking of enrollment and
attach rates for voluntary enrollment programs
