I am highly motivated and hardworkingindividual,who has justcompleted their GCSE qualifications,and I
achieved a number of 4 and 5 grades,but I was particularly pleased in graphic design coursewhere I achieved
a level 9. I am seeking an apprenticeship in digital media or accountancy,thatwill help enhance my skills
further and give me a clear career path with opportunities to progress as I gain experience, whilstalso
achievingfurther qualificationsin a specific area.
I am mechanically minded,with a methodical approach to working and an eagerness to learn and develop
personal skills in a practical setting.I am ableto complete tasks as an individual,butI can also work as partof a
team. I understand that some jobs arebetter completed as a solo projectwhere when working as partof a
team, people’s individual skillsand ideas areutilised to improve performance.
I have spent that lastyear working in a pub as a Bar Assistantwhen Sunderland AFC play their home games. I
have gained valuableexperience from this,where I have shown that politeness and social skills areimportant
when dealingwith customers. I have also learntthe importance of time-keeping and punctuality,but most
importantly I understand that hard work is rewarded and gives a good impression of an individual.

 Accomplished communication skills,both written and verbal,developed through GCSE coursework
and my role workingwith the public.
 Ability to take the initiativeand work well under pressure, ensuringstrictdeadlines aremet, as
successfully demonstrated duringboth work and school.Where unless I get glasses back to the bar
and clean the bar doesn’t run at its peak, at school I haveto ensure coursework is completed on time.

 Proficiency in all areas of MicrosoftOffice,includingAccess,Excel,Word and PowerPoint
 Eagerness to take on responsibility and achieveshown by holdinga job whilst studyingfor GCSE’s at

I am a huge music lover and enjoy savingmy wages to buy tickets to see livemusic. I also collectvinyl
records and enjoy visitingrecord shops and findingold and interestingVinyl. At home when I am relaxingI
will either be listeningto music or watchingTV. I enjoy watchingand discoveringnewseries on Netflix and
or watchingmusic-based documentaries.
I am also a bitof a foodie and enjoy going out for food with families and friends. Itis always excitingtrying
new places for the firsttime and I do enjoy lookingfor different places to try out. Spending time with
friends and family is very important to me and I value the time I get to spend with others.
