  • #11 Implementing Youtube: BeeAware will use Youtube in two contexts to start out with as we first emerge into the business scene. Advertisement: The first will be a 45 second clip describing our IP cameras and all of the features along with pricing, advantages of an IP camera, and the factor that sets us apart from other IP camera companies. The Youtube link to this video will be located on our website to further promote our cameras as a condensed version of the information on the website. Demonstration Videos: The second way we have chosen to use Youtube is by providing owners with a video showing the process of how to operate the IP cameras. This video demonstration will be a step-by-step process describing how to activate the cameras, how to view past video surveillance, and other things relating to the operation of it. At the end of each video there will be a link to our website’s question and answer section where they will be able to ask questions and leave comments that we will be able to respond too as soon as we can. Also, allows for help with technical support, by providing that answer basic questions via videos. Benefits: Easy Access for Customers- Youtube videos are easily accessible to anyone around the world as long as there is an internet connection. Links to both videos will be posted on our website to make the process of finding the videos quick. Convenient- Using Youtube is convenient because they can be accessed 24 hours a day 7 days a week. It makes it possible to learn about how to work the cameras from the comfort of your house with a picture to help you understand how it works instead of following a manual or trying to work through it while being told over the phone. We implement facebook and twitter, for performing updates to our customers. We also, utilize pommo, which is a mass mail delivery systems. This allows us to send all our customers and potential customers updates with a single click. We use Google and the Google Adwords feature to promote our company an increase the likely hold of our company being found and potential business. With key words such as NVR, IP Cameras, Megapixel IP cameras, Security systems, and et cetera. We use Adobe Acrobat connect to perform live webinars with our customers, which includes showing them our cameras via powerpoint and any other demos we have on site. This allows us to save money, by enabling us to perform more business from our office – lowers transportation expenses – allows more time to perform business, because we do not have to travel and deal with traffic. Allows us to hold meetings with customers across the U.S. and the globe from our office.
