FILMMAKING GUIDELINES
1. Each participant must provide their own cameras, laptops, flash drive to be used for taking shots, editing, and
presenting the video.
2. The evaluator will give a short orientation of the shots the applicant will be making. Topic: Dreams and
Aspirations
3. The participant is required to make an on-the-spot film according to the topic given by the evaluator.
4. The film must run for 1-2 minutes only.
5. The film should be at least 720p. The contents of the film shall be presented and explained by the applicant.
6. Films must not contain materials that may violate or infringes someone’s rights including but not limited to
privacy, publicity, and intellectual property.
PHOTOGRAPHY GUIDELINES
1. Participants may use a smartphone camera, point & shoot, or DSLR cameras.
2. The photo must be aligned to the topic given by the evaluator. Topic: Dreams and Aspirations
3. Photos must not be altered in any photo editing software such as Lightroom, Snapchat, Instagram filter, etc.
Enhancement shall be done on-camera.
4. All pictures must be printed in a whole photo paper with at least 1 sentence caption.
