Mark King is a professional tourist guide and an Executive Councillor of
the Guild. A Modern History graduate of the University of Oxford,
Mark pursued an international career in advertising and legal services before
qualifying as a Blue Badge guide. As well as leading tours throughout the region,
he has managed a local community group that raises funds for good causes
by writing and delivering quizzes, and he volunteers for English Heritage at
Kenwood House. Born and raised in London, Mark lives in Finchley, N3 with his
wife, Mandy; their three children live in the USA, Japan and Egypt.
