the top priority. At the University of Montana I studied Resource Conservation with an
emphasis on fire and a minor in Native American Studies. I have been a seasonal wild
land firefighter for four seasons since 2006, under Bureau of Indian Affairs Montana
Indian Firefighters, United States Forest Service and Blackfeet Tribal Forestry. A
participant in the Bureau of Indian Affairs' Cooperative Education Program also known
as the Student Educational Employment Program (25 USC § 3113(b )). Meet all federal
requirements to serve as a professional forester but require one additional class to receive
my Baccalaureate Degree.As an intern for the NCCE I was given the opportunity to

Finally in 2013 I was honored to work with the Chief Mountain Hotshot Crew and do
actual ground work pertaining to land management on the tribal reservation with permits,
to carry out ignitions operations by prescriptive burning objective, and respond to type
1incidents in Wild land fire.
