The document provides a list of top 10 job search strategies which include establishing a social network, researching companies, dressing professionally for interviews, and demonstrating interest in roles. Music videos conventionally feature stylized visuals that are cut in time with the music. They intercut between shots of the artist performing and supplementary images or narrative elements. Videos often break traditional editing rules and utilize experimental camerawork, digital effects, close-ups of the artist, and stories—either suggested by or directly relating to—the lyrics. Because of their short length, music videos are fast-paced and employ allusions to other media.
The Little Mix "Little Me" video portrays women in a positive light by focusing on empowering children without sexualizing the band members. In contrast, the Pussycat Dolls "Buttons" video portrays women in a negative light through heavy sexualization that conforms to objectifying male gaze theory and portrays women as sexual objects for male pleasure through fetishistic dancing and revealing outfits. The video reinforces the dominant ideology of society by not providing a positive role model for young girls.

This document describes how listeners can get paid for providing feedback on music. Websites will pay people to listen to 30 seconds of songs and vote on their hit potential or write short reviews. The music industry and websites need feedback from regular listeners, not experts, to predict which songs and artists will succeed. Listeners can join exclusive test groups to review new music before the public hears it and get paid for their opinions, regardless of musical tastes.
