Richard Foster came to Taiwan from Northern Ireland 10 years ago and was the highest peaks reaching close to 4,000 meters and a large number of trails traversing a wide variety of terrains and natural habitats. Most surprisingly to Richard was that he found very few people out on these world-class trails. After years of quietly enjoying the mountains on his own, he decided to devote his time to letting other foreigners know about the Taiwanese hiking paradise. He started his foreign visitors who wish to go on guided tours into the high Taiwanese hills.
