g.) bio je 76,7 %.
• U stranom vlasništvu je 15 banaka, 17 banaka je u
domadem privatnom vlasništvu, a 2 banke su u vlasništvu
države.
• Udio banaka u stranom vlasništvu u ukupnoj aktivi
banaka (u 2009. g.) bio je 91 %, banaka u domadem
privatnom vlasništvu 4,9 %, a banaka u domadem
državnom vlasništvu 4,1 %.

Nedvojbeno je da je bankarski sektor u 2009. g. iskazao
smanjenje svoje dobiti, ali još uvijek ostvaruje enormne
profite, dok cjelokupno gospodarstvo stagnira/zaostaje.
11. • Bankarski sektor u HR (bez potrebne socijalne
osjetljivosti) provodi sve agresivniju poslovnu
politiku koja u konačnici ima za posljedicu
destimulativnu poduzetničku klimu i daljnje
siromašenje (lihvarenje) građana.

• Najnesposobnija vlada u modernoj povijesti!
• NITI JEDNA VLADINA MJERA NE DAJE REZULTATE U POSLJEDNJE 2 GODINE
• Država (vlada) treba znati svojim mjerama / pravilima / zakonima usmjeriti
novac u investicije, proizvodnju…
• Ne treba čekati „bankarsku dobru volju“ nego tu „dobru volju“ treba znati
potaknuti.
• Ako bankari zarađuju milijarde – S MINIMALNIM RIZIKOM POSLOVANJA
(svaki kredit je višestruko osiguran) – trebaju nešto i vratiti u društvo u
kojem zarađuju
• Osnovno pitanje jest, što država poduzima, odnosno što može sada
poduzeti da se zaustavi ovaj negativan trend u kojem je bankarsko
poslovanje postalo jedan od osnovnih «kamena spoticanja» hrvatskoga
gospodarstva.

13. Vrijeme za stvarne promjene ...
• Državna (HDZ) administracija buja preko svake mjere – usprkos krizi
nije zaustavljeno novo zapošljavanje u državnoj upravi
• Nova (neracionalizirana) administracija dodatno smanjuje efikasnost
rada (nema kraja apsurdnim primjerima – npr. ribari i obrasci na
latinskom, propast hitro.hr, itd.)
• Pravni sustav je posve neučinkovit i ne daje razinu zaštite koja
stimulira bilo kakav poduzetnički iskorak
• Na svakog zaposlenika u proizvodnji koji stvara novu vrijednost dolazi

• Mirovinski i zdravstveni sustav konstantno smanjuju razinu prava i
usluga koje pružaju …
14. Gdje je vizija???
• Imamo li pravo na svoju viziju - lokalnu,
regionalnu, hrvatsku?
• Gdje se vidimo za 10.ili 20. godina – lokalno,
regionalno, nacionalno?
• Kojim gospodarskim granama dati prioritete u
bududem gospodarskom razvoju Hrvatske?
• Kako de bankarsku sustav podržati realizaciju
dogovorene vizije ?
16. A trebalo bi se usmjeriti ka:
• preispitivanju mogudnosti smanjenja kamatnih stopa (utjecati na
banke da kamatne stope svedu/nastoje približiti kamatnim stopama
koje su aktualne u njihovim središtima - zemljama);
• revidiranju i ograničenju naknada i provizija - npr. po transakciji
• ograničavanju i svođenju bankarskih osiguranja na razumnu mjeru -
dakle da ne bude po 3 ili 4 osiguranja za isti kredit (hipoteka,
životno, osiguranje nekretnine itd.)
• jačanju "role" HBOR-a
• zalaganju na uspostavi regionalne domade banke - uz vlasničku
strukturu JLS, JP(R)S, pravnih subjekata
• težnjom stvaranja prave EXIM banku posve podređenu izvozu
