This project required building a south facing corner balcony off the master suite that overlooks the property, matches the style of the existing main deck, and includes a new exit from the suite. The balcony was constructed using column and cantilever structural elements to utilize existing floor joist locations and allow the balcony to wrap around the home. The clients can now enjoy peaceful evenings viewing southern Alberta's incredible sunsets, rolling hills, and the Rocky Mountains from their new balcony.
