Memphis law firm Baker, Donelson, Bearman & Caldwell has expanded its International Practice
Group and resources by opening a representative office in Beijing, China.
"The Beijing representative office will allow Baker Donelson to enhance its services through its
subsidiary, BDBC International, Inc., to U.S. companies seeking to expand their operations in
China, as well as to assist U.S. importers of Chinese products, and Chinese companies seeking
opportunities in the U.S.," says Joan McEntee, chairman of the International Practice Group and
shareholder in the Washington, D.C., office of Baker Donelson.
The Beijing office will help Baker Donelson assist its clients with government affairs in China and
strategic planning advice for joint ventures and market entry.
