Because Laundry Leases are long term commitments, you should know exactly what is contained in your current Lease and any steps which must be taken to ensure that your Community is receiving the agreed upon revenue and services. Regardless of whether it’s a new Lease or one that is years old, you need to know any steps required to terminate the Lease and avoid any automatic renewals or extensions that you might not want. If no immediate action is required, we recommend you file the Summary Report with instructions as part of the official Board Documents as reference for future Boards.
