2. Auto-line M & ME
The Sparkler Auto-Line filter is a continuously operating automatic self-cleaning filter. The
filtration principle is based on a asymmetric edge gap element where the particles are
retained on the inside of the filter element. In the cleaning cycle the particles are scraped to
a sludge chamber which can be drained at appropriate intervals. The Auto-line filter is
operated by a PLC or by a pneumatic controller. The Auto-line ME is a extended cylinder
version, which is developed to protect the cylinder for possible product contamination. This
version is the preferred model when filtering products like organic solvents, polymers,
adhesives etc.
The Sparkler Auto-line M & ME Filters are manufactured in stainless steel
316L. The design accommodates the standard and regulations for pressure
vessels PED 97/23 with CE marking. The filter is supplied with PLC or
pneumatic controller and automated drain valve, ready to use.
