This document provides instructions for automatically backing up network data using SyncbackPro and FileZilla. It describes installing the software on client and server workstations, configuring FileZilla on the server to share a backup folder, and using SyncbackPro on the client to schedule backups of critical data to the server's shared folder. The backup process is configured to run automatically on system startup.

1. Auto DATA Backup Of The Network

2. Firstly Install the SyncbackPro in the client workstation.

10. Secondly, Install FileZilla sever in the server workstation

14. Configure FileZilla on Server WorkstationClick OK to Open Filezilla Server

16. Click on Edit -- Users --

17. Click on General and create an Administrator account

18. Set the Administrator Password

19. Click on the Shared Folders and add a directory named Backup data

20. Apply the permissions on the User you created for the shared Directory and click ok

22. Now move Back to the Client Workstation.open the SyncBackProClick on Project -- New

23. Enter the Name of the Task.

24. Click on the Backup

25. Click on Backup to an FTP Server

26. Type the IP Address of the Server And enter the User Name - Password which we created in FileZilla. Then Click on Test setting.

27. ClickOk

28. Click on No Zip Files

29. Select the Source from Where you want to backup your critical Data.

30. Click on the Destination folder by connecting to the Server where you want to keep your DATA Safe and Secure

31. Enter in the Server (Shared Directory) and choose the Destination Folder and click Ok.

32. Click On the Fast Backup

33. Click On When To schedule the Auto Backup Timing.

34. Click Yes For Simulated Run

35. Click on Option

36. Click On Start with Windows to run the process on System Startup Automatically.

37. Click on the Yes to Minimize the tray
