Auterion is an open source software platform for commercial drones. It builds an operating system that provides interoperability between drones and other hardware, software, and services. Auterion's software enables features like computer vision, deep learning for fleet management, and functional safety. It is backed by major investors and powers millions of drones worldwide. Auterion was founded in Zurich by former 3D Robotics marketing head Lorenz Meier and is expanding its engineering team internationally.
