This document outlines the schedule and guidelines for an AT&T hackathon event in Hawaii. The event will begin on Friday evening with introductions, speaker presentations, and an exercise for participants to form project teams. Teams will then have until Saturday evening to code and build their projects. On Saturday, teams must register by 4PM and cease coding by 6PM to prepare presentations. Teams will then demo their projects for judges and have the chance to win prizes such as for best overall app, best use of technology, or most creative idea. Attendees are encouraged to use provided materials and loaner hardware to prototype their concepts.

Your app needs to work.
You can present static screen concepts, but they will not be judged
for prizes. Winning apps that function as described will be selected
at the sole discretion of our judges and weighted heavily based on
the following 3 criteria:
• Ability to clearly articulate what your app does
• Originality of the idea/concept
• Creative use of technology
