Postoperative revision surgery was required in 17 patients (29%), with higher rates in bilateral (50%) and mixed type (31%) cases. Stenting was associated with restenosis in 79% of cases and mitomycin C with restenosis in 50% of cases, suggesting these adjunct treatments did not improve surgical outcomes compared to endoscopic repair alone.
