Employee inductions Engaging a new employee or contractor is simple. Upon logging in for the first time employees must accept any compliance documents, fill out all their personal, tax and bank details. Our timesheet handles this with ease, removing the tedium of switching between timesheets and reducing errors from time clashes while giving a clear overview of the timesheet period. Time blocks Time blocks allow amazing flexibility in how hours are allocated during a day. Time blocks can be used to record hours for a specific job or project, or provide traditional shift functionality. You can even select a Pay Item for each time block directly on the timesheet. Easy auditing Astute Payroll records every action taken on a timesheet and who made it. Easily check the status of a timesheet - see when it was last edited, saved, submitted, rejected, approved, interpreted, and paid. An employee can select the allowance directly from their timesheet or it can be added automatically when a Pay Rule has been triggered.
