Assurance of Confidentiality
Through the 1st Franklin Financial Assessment process and employee
development activities, we request your permission to gather information about
your job related skills and organize it into assessment feedback. The
assessment process typically includes the following:
• A specific battery of objective tests assessing your personality type,
interpersonal style, problem-solving abilities, approach to leadership, values,
motivation, and other job-specific aptitudes.
• Several job-specific personality questionnaires and inventories.
We obtain on-line administration of your reports in the office of the EVP Strategy
and Organizational development. The conclusions from the assessment are
delivered to this office or to the EVP of Human Resources. Your records are
private and access is limited to 1st Franklin Financial Executives and with
your permission, to your immediate supervisor. There is no release of
information to another party or as otherwise required by law without your
written consent.
