Weaknesses of Coca-Cola product life cycle
The product life cycle refers to the life of a product in the market on the bases of its commercial or business costs as well as sales measures. Product lifecycle goes through many phases, requires a lot of tools, processes, and skills, and professional discipline (De & Meyer, 2010). Every product goes through various phases that include introduction, growth, maturity, and decline.
Coca-Cola is in the maturity stage of product life cycle and has had a very long product cycle. Since its introduction to the market in 1886, it has always been at the maturity stage. At this stage, a product is very profitable as compared to when it is in other stages. Due to the fact that the product yields a lot of profit, a company does not have to spend a lot of money on advertising.
One of the weaknesses of this product life cycle is a decline in sales. Coca-Cola Company has been experiencing a decline in the sale of soda especially in the United States of America. Even though the sale of soda might have decreased in one market, it does not mean that they have reduced in other markets.in the case of Coca-Cola maintaining high sales in America is important since it is their main market.
Another weakness of this product life cycle is competition from other companies. Many companies aspire and work towards ensuring that their products reach the maturity stage in order for them to gain a lot of profits. This makes new companies to get into the maturity stage and they begin to compete with the existing companies. Coca-Cola has experienced competition from Pepsi which has a huge customer base and is in the maturity stage. This kind of competition makes Coca-Cola to experience reduced sales.

In order for Coca-Cola Company to strengthen its operations, it must ensure that it has the right team. For a company to be able to remain ahead of its competitors, it must have the right team. The team must be willing and ready to commit their time and their ideas to the company. Two GCU library scholarly databases that will help me find the best research articles for my proposal are two databases that I appreciate, and currently use often: CINAHL Complete and PubMed. I like CINAHL Complete because it is quite specific to nursing. It also provides many full text articles free of charge, which is unfortunately not that common. Some databases provide only abstracts, and some require one to purchase the article (which can be 50 dollars!). I like PubMed because it has a wide array of health science articles that are peer-reviewed, but often have language that is easier to understand. PubMed is also quite user friendly.
These two databases are better than Google Scholar and/or a general internet search, for several reasons. While Google Scholar provides scholarly articles, it can sometimes be difficult to limit the search. Inexperienced users an easily become overwhelmed with the amount of data the search returns. A general internet search is not only daunting in terms of qualified research, but can be dangerous as well: Wikipedia sources, the evil of internet research, are often returned with general internet searches. Anyone can post on Wikipedia (and the internet in general). Scholarly databases are the safe way to go: safe for the researcher, and safe for the patients under the researcher’s

Technology has and continues to change the way businesses are transacted over the world. Implementation of information management systems, security control systems, order placement systems and online payment systems are some few examples of how technology is impacting business processes. Once calibrated to the European economy, we quantify the extent to which demographic changes over the last three decades have contributed to the decline of the unemployment rate. Our findings yield important implications for the future evolution of unemployment given the anticipated further aging of the working population in Europe. We also quantify the implications for optimal monetary policy: lowering inflation volatility becomes less costly in terms of GDP and unemployment volatility, which hints that optimal monetary policy may be more hawkish in an aging society. Finally, our results also propose a partial reversal of the European-US unemployment puzzle due to the fact that the share of young workers is expected to remain robust in the US.
