The teacher became irritated by noisy students during a parent-teacher meeting and yelled harsh words at them, saying "mga tarantado kayo may kausap ako". The mother reported this directly to the superintendent without informing the principal. The principal was then summoned and knew nothing of the issue. Upon investigation, the teacher realized someone had reported the verbal abuse to the division office. The principal then called a meeting to discuss verbal abuse being the most common form of violence, which is illegal and could result in administrative punishment or firing.
