2. DEFINITION:
SEC 77 : NO COMPENSATION AWARDED, PENALTY IMPOSED
OR CONFISCATION MADE UNDER THIS ACT SHALL PREVENT THE
AWARD OF COMPENSATION OR IMPOSITION OF ANY OTHER
PENALTY OR PUNISHMENT UNDER ANY OTHER LAW FOR THE
TIME BEING IN FORCE.
