3. TERMS & CONDITIONS
A) COMPLIMENIARY ROOM POLICY
(For Tour Series)
Applicable to bona fide tour secto(s) for room only based
on the following:
15 paying rooms - I complimentary room
Complimentary room will be offered to a ma,ximum of
two (02) rooms per $oup, and are not aedeemable in cash
or kind.
Please note: No payment in lieu will be allowed.
B) CHILD POUCY/ EXTRA BED
There is no room charge for maximum of2 children under
12 years of age, sharing room rvith parents.Child 4 years
and below eat free buffet meals when accompanied by
paying parents; I child per parcnt, up to a maximum of 2
liee children buffet meal. 3rd child onwards of 4 years
and above will pay the publjshed buffet meal rate.
For the third adult or child of 13 years of age and
above sha ng a Suite, an additional charge of
RM60,00 nett per person per night will be levied. Only
(1) extra bed can be accommodated per Suite. Rate for the
extra bed is inclusive of one ( I ) breakfast.
C) CRXDIT ARR{NGEMENT
Subject to approval of tle Hotel's Credit Committee, the
Hotel will extend a 30 day credit telm to the Operator.
This line of credit will enable the Operator to reserve
rooms without necessity of pre-payment. However, this
credit facility does not affect the Hotel's deposit and
cancellation terms of this Contract.

Should the Operator fail to effect payment of any
outstanding charges within the 30-days credit period, the
Hotel will be free to withdraw the qedit facility. The
Hotel also reserves the right to refuse any new bookings
on a qedit basis lmtil all outstanding accounts arc settled.
The credit facility will only be applicable to FIT tour
packages and Tour Series.
D) CANCELLATION
The Operator must notify the Hotel in wdting of any
cancellation or reduction in the daily number of reserved
rooms based on the following schedule.
. Any cancellation within 48 hours (2 days) to arrival
date, a one night cancellation charge will be imposed for
each room not taken up or cancelled.
PeakPetiod
. Any cancellation within 168 hours (7days) prior to
arrival date, a cancellation charge equivalent to one (01)
night stay will be imposed for each room not taken up or
cancelied.
The above cancallation policy is applicable for FIT &
Tours Series only.
E) NO SHOW
The Hotel reserves the right to charge a one night's fee
equivalent to the conhacted mte for no-shows.
No-show must be paid without reliance on the billed
voucher as the guests have failed to ardve and therefore
have not submitted a voucher.
