Chumash Auditorium
Clubs will not be charged for events held in the University Union. Clubs will be
charged for events at the Recreation Center for setup, equipment rental and
basic AV due to the nature of the facility. Clubs will also receive a 50% discount
on Audio Visual equipment from the department rate.
Department events will be charged an administration fee based on the complexi-
ty of the event. The fee covers reservation consulting, event planning, and pay-
ment processing.
Athletic camp and department sponsored w/external user events will be
charged a portion percentage of the standard fee.
Non-Sponsored event charges are based on market rates which include facility
rental fees, equipment fees and staffing.
