- 4. As you can see there is a ton of variation from townhouse to townhouse. - Some houses using around 500 watts per month. - Some houses use up to almost 2,500 watts per month. HOW BAD IS IT? - 10. CREATIVE NETWORK GUILD San Francisco Chapter Tenants were able to use almost double the average power consumption in the US without being charged. WE ARE OVERUSING AND WE DON’T CARE! Tenants aren’t being charged for going over 900 KWH so they don’t have any knowledge of their use or any incentive to keep their consumption under control.
