This document discusses the group's horror media opening project. It analyzes 9 key frames from their opening and compares them to conventions from real horror media products. It shows how their opening uses elements like establishing shots, over-the-shoulder shots, and shots of unknown figures to develop conventions of the horror genre. It also discusses how their media product represents teenagers as the target audience. Technologies used included cameras, tripods, Final Cut Express for editing, and Garageband for sound design. The group learned new skills in filming, editing, and exporting their final product.
