OVERVIEW OF MECHANIZATION
1. THE MOVEMENT: SAVE THE EARTH, ENVIRONMENT AND
                           PLASTICS INVOLVED IN LAMINATION
2. THE SUCCESS: THE PROCESS OF DE-LAMINATION
3. THE FURTHER MECHANIZATION OF
   INNOVATIVE DE-LAMINATION:
 ACHIEVEMENT: A BORN BENCHMARK
AS AN INTEGRAL ACHIEVEMENT TO RELAY FORWARD THE DE-LAMINATION TECHNOLOGY, THE BENCHMARK
BREAKTHROUGH IN LAMINATED PACKAGING WASTE MANAGEMENT, FOR TOTAL INDUSTRIAL EASE, CARE AND COMFORT
TO PREVENT AND DIMINISH ALL THE CONTRA-INDICATIONS RESULTED BY LAMINATIONS IN A MECHANIZED WAY!
MECHANIZATION OF A MAGIC IS ANOTHER MAGIC AND THUS THE INNOVATED PRESENT ART OF MECHANIZATION, AN
ANOTHER MISSION IMPOSSIBLE, WILL TAKE THE DE-LAMINATION TECHNOLOGY TO THE DOORSTEPS OF PACKAGING
PROFESSIONALS, MANUFACTURERS AND USERS OF LAMINATED PACKAGING ACROSS THE WORLD
FOR THE OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCES THE ONLY DEVELOPMENT THAT PROCESS OF DE-LAMINATION NEEDED WAS
MECHANIZATION. DE-LAMINATION IS THE SOUL AND LIFE WHILE MECHANIZATION IS THE BRAIN AND BODY!
THE MECHANIZATION AS HARD CUP TO DRINK AS BATTERY LIMIT TELLS THE TALE TO EXPRESS THAT. IT DELAMINATES AND
WASHES THE RAW MATERIALS BY USING OPTIMUM CHEMICALS AND WATER! IT HANDLES THE CHEMICALS WITH RE-USE
OPTIONS IN AN ENVIRONMENTAL FRIENDLY WAY AND AS WASTE RELEASES NO POLLUTIONS TO AIR OR LAND OR IN
DRAINAGE! IT USES OPTIMUM MAN POWER AND ENERGY! IT SEGREGATES, DRIES AND COLLECTS THE DE-LAMINATED
CONSTITUENTS AS RECYCLABLE METAL ALUMINIUM FRAGMENTS, LDPE FRAGMENTS, POLYESTER FRAGMENTS!

WITH THE MECHANIZED UNIT OF DE-LAMINATION AS CUSTOMIZED DEVICE IN AN AUTOMATIC WAY EARN MONEY THUS
BY ENCASHING YOUR ALL RELATED PROBLEMS!

in the year Sept. 2005 as a pilot unit to establish the translatability of the Invention from incubation to enterprise in a commercial discipline!
BUT due to certain unavoidable and unfortunate circumstances could not progress by January 2009 onwards.
When to innovate a mechanization of the process became desperately essential Ashutosh Mukhopadhyay took the leadership again and
achieved success to mechanize the tedious manual process to a comfortable semi-automatic structure. With a group of likeminded friends,
some are older and some are new, M/S. ARS AUTOMAT (http://arsautomat.com) is born to complete the vowed intention of the Invention
to put to recycle the non-recyclable laminated packaging industrial refuse, now in an innovated mechanized format!

Certain facts of refuses of laminated Tetra-Pak.
The exact composition of Tetra Pak carton is: paperboard (75 per cent), food grade polyethylene
plastic (20 per cent), and aluminum foil (5 per cent). There are 6 layers in all: Polyethylene, Paper,
Polyethylene, Aluminum, Polyethylene, Polyethylene (which is the product contact surface).
China, India and the rest of Asia are the fastest growing per-capita users of paper, but they still rank
far behind Eastern Europe and Latin America (about 100 pounds) Australia (about 300 pounds) and
Western Europe (more than 400 pounds) as per person per year.
The total demand for paper is estimated to be around 6mn tones, of which about 40
percent is consumed by the packaging industry. : India Packaging show 2011.
Paper accounts for 25% of landfill waste (and one third of municipal landfill waste).

Compared to using virgin wood, paper made with 100% recycled content uses 60%
less energy, produces 38% less greenhouse gas emissions, 41% less particulate
emissions, 50% less wastewater, 49% less solid waste and, of course, 100% less wood.
Recycling paper uses 60% less energy than manufacturing paper from virgin timber. To make one
ton of paper using recycled fiber saves : -- (1)17 trees ; (2) 3.3 cubic yards of landfill space ; (3) 360
gallons of water ; (4)100 gallons of gasoline ; (5) 60 pounds of air pollutants ; (6) 10,401 kilowatts of
electricity! (source: United States Environmental Protection Agency, 2011)

The lamination using Paper/Board are older and more massive and more tough to handle. Nobody besides this Inventor
till now in the World is able to recover Paper from the Lamination. He has developed a cute tech (Patent pending)
(“PROCESS FOR DELAMINATION OF LAMINATED PACKAGING” (Indian Patent filed on DEC. 21, 2009, PCT filed on DEC.
20, 2010. WIPO publication date JUNE 30, 2011) that would take care of such lamination made as paper-based and
would save and recover the major constituent the paper/board involved in lamination as “dried board/paper-pulp” that
can be recycled simply in paper/board industry. Save of paper-based lamination is also a burning a need now.

  • 3. OVERVIEW OF MECHANIZATION 1. THE MOVEMENT: SAVE THE EARTH, ENVIRONMENT AND PLASTICS INVOLVED IN LAMINATION 2. THE SUCCESS: THE PROCESS OF DE-LAMINATION 3. THE FURTHER MECHANIZATION OF INNOVATIVE DE-LAMINATION: ACHIEVEMENT: A BORN BENCHMARK AS AN INTEGRAL ACHIEVEMENT TO RELAY FORWARD THE DE-LAMINATION TECHNOLOGY, THE BENCHMARK BREAKTHROUGH IN LAMINATED PACKAGING WASTE MANAGEMENT, FOR TOTAL INDUSTRIAL EASE, CARE AND COMFORT TO PREVENT AND DIMINISH ALL THE CONTRA-INDICATIONS RESULTED BY LAMINATIONS IN A MECHANIZED WAY! MECHANIZATION OF A MAGIC IS ANOTHER MAGIC AND THUS THE INNOVATED PRESENT ART OF MECHANIZATION, AN ANOTHER MISSION IMPOSSIBLE, WILL TAKE THE DE-LAMINATION TECHNOLOGY TO THE DOORSTEPS OF PACKAGING PROFESSIONALS, MANUFACTURERS AND USERS OF LAMINATED PACKAGING ACROSS THE WORLD FOR THE OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCES THE ONLY DEVELOPMENT THAT PROCESS OF DE-LAMINATION NEEDED WAS MECHANIZATION. DE-LAMINATION IS THE SOUL AND LIFE WHILE MECHANIZATION IS THE BRAIN AND BODY! THE MECHANIZATION AS HARD CUP TO DRINK AS BATTERY LIMIT TELLS THE TALE TO EXPRESS THAT. IT DELAMINATES AND WASHES THE RAW MATERIALS BY USING OPTIMUM CHEMICALS AND WATER! IT HANDLES THE CHEMICALS WITH RE-USE OPTIONS IN AN ENVIRONMENTAL FRIENDLY WAY AND AS WASTE RELEASES NO POLLUTIONS TO AIR OR LAND OR IN DRAINAGE! IT USES OPTIMUM MAN POWER AND ENERGY! IT SEGREGATES, DRIES AND COLLECTS THE DE-LAMINATED CONSTITUENTS AS RECYCLABLE METAL ALUMINIUM FRAGMENTS, LDPE FRAGMENTS, POLYESTER FRAGMENTS! WITH THE MECHANIZED UNIT OF DE-LAMINATION AS CUSTOMIZED DEVICE IN AN AUTOMATIC WAY EARN MONEY THUS BY ENCASHING YOUR ALL RELATED PROBLEMS! NO SUCH DEVICE AROUND AND ACROSS THE WORLD EXISTS!!

  • 9. Certain facts of refuses of laminated Tetra-Pak. The exact composition of Tetra Pak carton is: paperboard (75 per cent), food grade polyethylene plastic (20 per cent), and aluminum foil (5 per cent). There are 6 layers in all: Polyethylene, Paper, Polyethylene, Aluminum, Polyethylene, Polyethylene (which is the product contact surface). China, India and the rest of Asia are the fastest growing per-capita users of paper, but they still rank far behind Eastern Europe and Latin America (about 100 pounds) Australia (about 300 pounds) and Western Europe (more than 400 pounds) as per person per year. The total demand for paper is estimated to be around 6mn tones, of which about 40 percent is consumed by the packaging industry. : India Packaging show 2011. Paper accounts for 25% of landfill waste (and one third of municipal landfill waste). Municipal landfills account for one third of human-related methane emissions (and CH4 is 23-times more potent a greenhouse gas than is CO2. : Source: Environmental Paper Network. The State of the Paper Industry: March 08, 2009 Compared to using virgin wood, paper made with 100% recycled content uses 60% less energy, produces 38% less greenhouse gas emissions, 41% less particulate emissions, 50% less wastewater, 49% less solid waste and, of course, 100% less wood. Recycling paper uses 60% less energy than manufacturing paper from virgin timber. To make one ton of paper using recycled fiber saves : -- (1)17 trees ; (2) 3.3 cubic yards of landfill space ; (3) 360 gallons of water ; (4)100 gallons of gasoline ; (5) 60 pounds of air pollutants ; (6) 10,401 kilowatts of electricity! (source: United States Environmental Protection Agency, 2011) The lamination using Paper/Board are older and more massive and more tough to handle. Nobody besides this Inventor till now in the World is able to recover Paper from the Lamination. He has developed a cute tech (Patent pending) (“PROCESS FOR DELAMINATION OF LAMINATED PACKAGING” (Indian Patent filed on DEC. 21, 2009, PCT filed on DEC. 20, 2010. WIPO publication date JUNE 30, 2011) that would take care of such lamination made as paper-based and would save and recover the major constituent the paper/board involved in lamination as “dried board/paper-pulp” that can be recycled simply in paper/board industry. Save of paper-based lamination is also a burning a need now.
