We were awarded this task on a Friday in the afternoon. 106
desks and associated items to be removed, reused and recycled
for Argenta central London via European Information Technology
Ltd, this had to be completed by the next Friday to avoid any
penalties for the clients due to overlap on the lease.

3. Site process.

Resourced adequately to ensure the floors were cleared
in time.
Equipment identified and labelled for reuse or recycle.
All reception areas and lifts were protected as
requested.
Tool box talk and site walk with a team of 20.
Equipment separated into raw materials for recycling
ready to load, plenty had been held back for reuse.
Moved all equipment from 1st and 13th floor using skates
and roll cages onto 7.5ton vehicles for distribution.
All general waste(office stationary) was cleared and
floors left clear and hoovered, leaving phones in place
as client instructed.
