This building is located in Laguna/SC, Brazil and is part of
the city’s Historic Centre The main house was designed in
1960, so our intervention consisted on adding a new
bedroom, bathroom and a living room for students,
without contrasting with the original construction.

This building is located in the financial centre of Imbituba/SC, Brazil. Its total
area is approx. 6.766,46 square meters divided in 10 floors: 6 apartments for
each floor, parking spots for 50 vehicles and a social place for parties and
dinners. It is the highest building in the city as the Rescode does not allow
anything higher to protect the landmarks and the beaches around the city.

This house is located in Imbituba/SC, Brazil, at the top of a
mountain with an amazing view of the city coast. It has
210,00 square meters divided in 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms,
2 living rooms, 1 kitchen/dinner room and a balcony for
BBQ meals preparation. The owner, a labourer with years
of experience, asked for a design not only modern and
clean, but also simple and easy to be raised as he himself
will build the house.

Building located in a residential zone in the city of Imbituba/SC,
Brazil . It presents 901,00 square meters divided by 9 apartments
and it was designed to provide a wide view of the Port on one
direction and the mountains on the opposite. Due to its size and
popular price, the apartments were primarily sold to newly
married couples and families of low-income.

36. description
This building was designed to provide for this large family a place
to practice yoga and meditation. It has 37.00 square meters and it
is located close to the mountains in Lages, SC. The water under this
place was a family request to bring peace and to humidify the air,
often dry due to the cold weather.
