an ATS
You’ve gone through a demo and gotten a feel for the
software, and you’re getting excited about the recruiting
potential of your company by adding an applicant tracking
system (ATS).
But when you bring the information to your boss, he says
something about the budget and “maybe in the next fiscal
year…or the one after that.”

changing regulations and protect themselves.
