The Radway Red and White General Store was owned and operated by Ukrainian immigrant brothers Tom and Bill Prockiw from 1940 to 1972. It served the rural community of Radway, Alberta and surrounding area. The store stocked essential goods like groceries, clothing, footwear, and farm supplies. Tom and Bill supported their community through generous credit practices and involvement in local activities. Various artifacts from the store, like the cash register and counter, provide insight into what goods were available and the important role the store played in sustaining the local population for over 30 years.
