1) Scientists at a nearby laboratory reported that their zombie experiment went wrong, causing a huge zombie outbreak that is rapidly spreading towards Fort Dawn and the surrounding region. 2) The zombie outbreak started that morning and is now only 10 miles away, heading directly for Fort Dawn. It is growing larger, faster, and more aggressive. 3) With communications down and a scout missing, General Marshall warns the soldiers at Fort Dawn to arm themselves as they may be the last line of defense against the zombie outbreak reaching them within the hour.

Actually, the outbreak started
spreading earlier this morning, at
5:21am. The outbreak is spreading
really fast, and its heading
towards our direction. As for how
long it will take? Worst case
scenario, one hour. The outbreak is
only 10 miles away from us and its
getting bigger, faster and more
aggressive.
CRYSTAL JANE
Jesus, what are we going to do?
GENERAL MARSHALL
Best thing we can do is warn
everyone, we tried to radio in to
let others know whats going on but
we got no response.
General Marshall looks out of the window
Station Charlie is only 16 miles
away from us, we sent a scout to
warn them but haven’t got any
response and they have yet to
return. We fear they are dead but
we can’t lose hope.
MARTIN REAVER
You heard the man, lets go, we cant
let a bunch of brainless walkers
kill us all and destroy the human
race.
GENERAL MARSHALL
We need to get everyone, one man
down could mean the end of us. Arm
yourselves men and women, this is
going to be one hell of a war.
