This is the entrance and outside of the church. Most Catholic churches have
crosses and Jesus on the outside of their church. Catholic churches have been
built with very beautiful and fascinating architecture.
Here are two pages from the Bible. Many catholics take their bible with them to
church, but some churches provide bibles.
A rosary consists of of a string of beads with a crucifix. Each bead is
considered to be a prayer to God and the mother of God, Mary.
The inside of the church is made up of a lot fascinating architecture. It also has
pews and pictures or crosses of jesus (crucifix). When the mass is not in
session some people come in to pray individually.
Many people believe that she creates miracles. Most people pray to her about
                           family, sickness, etc.
The pope gives mass and bless people with holy water. He usually has a bible,
candles, wine, bread, and holy water on his stand.
The stained glass window represent or tell stories about Jesus and the Virgin
Mary. These window are considered sacred and beautiful.
Each row of pews has bibles for the people. People use the kneeling benches
when it's time to pray during mass. Kneeling down is considered as bowing
                                down for God.
Holy water stoups are always located in the entrance of the church. When
walking in the church people usually dip their fingers in the holy water and
make a sign of the cross which is considered as a "renewal" of baptism.
