This document provides announcements and information for attendees of the Annual Conference at Lake Junaluska, including details about purchasing DVDs of the conference, shuttle transportation between parking lots and the auditorium, returning nametags, program displays, food options, live streaming, guest speakers at the Cokesbury booth, and locations of restrooms, first aid, and spiritual direction signups.

3. DVDs of annual conference
are available for purchase
through Junaluska Productions
in the Stuart lobby.

4. Park and Ride:
The Conference has contracted with
Young’s Transportation to help shuttle
people up and down the lake. In addition
to the LJ transportation, there are 2
Young’s buses. Watch for them to stop at
marked stops and use that as a way to
park remotely and find a ride to the
auditorium. There are 11 shuttle stops so
there is one near you when you park in a
designated lot.

located in the lobby.

6. Program Ministry Displays
are in Harrell Auditorium
and outside on the grounds.

7. “Food Court”
at lunch time on
Friday and Saturday
so you don’t have to leave the lake.

8. TELEVISION ACCESS
You can watch the events of annual
conference in several places
on the LJ campus:
Terrace and Lambuth lobbies,
&
Harrell 105.

9. There is a nursing area and
changing station in
the room next to Terrace 211

10. Live Streaming
is available on the internet
There is a link on our
conference website.
You can encourage friends and family
at home to log in and see
what’s happening, particularly
to join us in worship.
