INFO
She was Born in Waterbury, Connecticut, on October 2, 1949.
She started her career by working for the Rolling Stones Magazine.
WHOOPI GOLDBERG
Purpose: I think the purpose of this photo
is to show off her fun side also making
fun of the myth of Cleopatra bathing in a
bath of milk.
Style: It is a point of view shot taken from
above.
MERYL STREEP
Purpose: I think that Annie Leibovitz has
tried to put across that Meryl Streep
always changes because she is an actress
and has to play a lot of roles.
Style: It is a portrait shot that is focused on
her face.
GIFTED WOMEN
Purpose: To re-create the story of
the two twin boys Romulus and
Remus who where raised by a
mother wolf.
Style: This photo has a clear
foreground and background with
clear shadowing. The background
is the Rome Colosseum but the
three characters look to be super
imposed onto the picture. The
women is modernized with heavy
makeup and also holding a mug.
