ECIL: EU Cybersecurity Package and EU Certification FrameworkDeutsche Telekom AG
In September 2017 the EU Cybersecurity Package was proposed by the European Commission. The European cybersecurity industry leaders (ECIL) had delivered valuable advice and input to the EU’S CS strategy. In its latest recommendation to the EU Commission ECIL demands a more harmonized cyber policy across the Union. To secure Europe’s Digital Sovereignty and efficient Single Market oriented digital capabilities, Europe needs a holistic platform approach. Technology elements like 5G, Cloud, IoT together should be part of such a platform.

the problems arisen during the experts’ data collection, processing and submitting to

The recent changes in the Italian and European regulatory framework to the benefit of the creation of a real European Security Framework represent a challenge for public administrations that, being subjected to multiple requests from different sources, risk focusing on detail, losing the more general and long-range vision of the so-called “security” process. And implementing all the most suitable actions to guarantee cyber security is now inevitable in a hyperhistorical society completely dependent on the specific information content and ICT in general.
The University of Camerino, which has always been attentive to the processes of security and protection of personal data, has for years adopted a holistic vision of cyber-security issues that has allowed it to manage the change in progress, including a redesign of the services provided by the University. More recently (2012) this approach has enabled the organisation to achieve ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certification.
Today, the University intends to relaunch the process of change management by proposing an innovative approach with which the security requirements deriving from the various regulatory requirements are managed in an unambiguous way by integrating them into the ISMS and in the renewed process of analysis and risk management at its base. In addition, the University also provides to increase the strategic importance of ISMS by bringing it to direct approval of its governance.

Memorandum Of Association Constitution of Company.pptseri bangash
www.seribangash.com
A Memorandum of Association (MOA) is a legal document that outlines the fundamental principles and objectives upon which a company operates. It serves as the company's charter or constitution and defines the scope of its activities. Here's a detailed note on the MOA:
Contents of Memorandum of Association:
Name Clause: This clause states the name of the company, which should end with words like "Limited" or "Ltd." for a public limited company and "Private Limited" or "Pvt. Ltd." for a private limited company.
https://seribangash.com/article-of-association-is-legal-doc-of-company/
Registered Office Clause: It specifies the location where the company's registered office is situated. This office is where all official communications and notices are sent.
Objective Clause: This clause delineates the main objectives for which the company is formed. It's important to define these objectives clearly, as the company cannot undertake activities beyond those mentioned in this clause.
www.seribangash.com
Liability Clause: It outlines the extent of liability of the company's members. In the case of companies limited by shares, the liability of members is limited to the amount unpaid on their shares. For companies limited by guarantee, members' liability is limited to the amount they undertake to contribute if the company is wound up.

Capital Clause: This clause specifies the authorized capital of the company, i.e., the maximum amount of share capital the company is authorized to issue. It also mentions the division of this capital into shares and their respective nominal value.
Association Clause: It simply states that the subscribers wish to form a company and agree to become members of it, in accordance with the terms of the MOA.
Importance of Memorandum of Association:
Legal Requirement: The MOA is a legal requirement for the formation of a company. It must be filed with the Registrar of Companies during the incorporation process.
Constitutional Document: It serves as the company's constitutional document, defining its scope, powers, and limitations.
Protection of Members: It protects the interests of the company's members by clearly defining the objectives and limiting their liability.
External Communication: It provides clarity to external parties, such as investors, creditors, and regulatory authorities, regarding the company's objectives and powers.
https://seribangash.com/difference-public-and-private-company-law/
Binding Authority: The company and its members are bound by the provisions of the MOA. Any action taken beyond its scope may be considered ultra vires (beyond the powers) of the company and therefore void.
Amendment of MOA:
While the MOA lays down the company's fundamental principles, it is not entirely immutable. It can be amended, but only under specific circumstances and in compliance with legal procedures. Amendments typically require shareholder

Unveiling the Secrets How Does Generative AI Work.pdfSam H
At its core, generative artificial intelligence relies on the concept of generative models, which serve as engines that churn out entirely new data resembling their training data. It is like a sculptor who has studied so many forms found in nature and then uses this knowledge to create sculptures from his imagination that have never been seen before anywhere else. If taken to cyberspace, gans work almost the same way.
Putting the SPARK into Virtual Training.pptxCynthia Clay
This 60-minute webinar, sponsored by Adobe, was delivered for the Training Mag Network. It explored the five elements of SPARK: Storytelling, Purpose, Action, Relationships, and Kudos. Knowing how to tell a well-structured story is key to building long-term memory. Stating a clear purpose that doesn't take away from the discovery learning process is critical. Ensuring that people move from theory to practical application is imperative. Creating strong social learning is the key to commitment and engagement. Validating and affirming participants' comments is the way to create a positive learning environment.

Why a New Annex?
• The ICAO High-level Safety Conference (HLSC) held in 2010
provided the impetus for the development of a new Annex
dedicated to Safety Management.
• ICAO doc 9335 refers
• The Conference concluded that safety management processes
under the direct responsibility of States that are critical to
civil aviation safety should be contained in a single Annex:
– Including the State Safety Programme (SSP) framework and the 8 critical
elements of a safety oversight system;
– Covering general and business aviation activities; and
– Retaining the safety management system (SMS) requirements specific to one
area of activities in individual Annexes.
4. Page 4
Why a New Annex?
• With air traffic projected to double in the next 15 years,
safety risks must be addressed proactively to ensure that
this significant capacity expansion is carefully managed and
supported through strategic regulatory and infrastructure
developments.
– An Annex dedicated to safety
management will re-enforce
the role played by the State in
managing safety at the State
level, stressing the concept of
overall safety performance in
all domains, in coordination
with service providers.
5. Page 5
PROCESS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF
THE NEW ANNEX
Annex 19 – Safety Management
6. Page 6
Annex 19 – Safety Management
• In response to the HLSC 2010 recommendation 2/5, the
Air Navigation Commission recommended that the new
Annex be developed in 2 phases:
– Phase 1 involved the consolidation of existing safety
management provisions currently contained in as many as 6
different Annexes, into a single new Annex.
– The development of enhanced requirements will become the
focus of Phase 2, once the new Annex (1st edition) becomes
applicable.
7. Page 7
Annex 19 – Safety Management
• This approach was intended to expedite the creation of
the new Annex, while maintaining continuity with
current SSP and SMS requirements.
• The ICAO Council approved this 2-phase approach.
• The Air Navigation Commission (ANC) established a Panel
of Experts, the Safety Management Panel (SMP), for the
development of Annex 19.
8. Page 8
Annex 19 – Safety Management
• Therefore, Phase 1 was limited to:
– The identification of existing provisions to serve as the basis for
Annex 19, 1st edition;
– With modification, as necessary, for clarity or harmonization.
• Phase 1 was completed in less than 2 years with the ICAO
Council adoption on 25 February 2013.
• Annex 19, 1st edition has an applicability date of 14
November 2013*.
* Independently of the applicability date of Annex 19, the existing Standards and Recommended Practices (SARPS)
retain their original applicability, dating from 2001 onwards.
