 Microcontroller Based Projection Welding Controller (Final Year in Diploma):
In this project I designed a circuit of welding controller using 8051. Welding machines are widely
used in industries and are vital in many processes. Main objective of developing this project is total
automation of projection welding machine by using the latest microcontroller.
 Advance Vehicle Control System (Final Year in B.E.):
In this project we designed a circuit of vehicle control. Now a day number of accidents of vehicles
are increasing a lot. Major of the accidents are occurred due to driver improper behavior (Ex:
suppose the driver is drunk) to prevent it up to some extent we can implement a monitoring and
control system for driver’s behavior.
Areas of Interest:
 Digital Electronics, Mobile Communication, PCB Designing, Electronics Project Making,
Telecommunication, Calibration & Maintenance Electronics Hardware and Networking etc.
Software and Hardware Skills:
 Software skills: Basic Knowledge of C & Microcontroller 8051, Agilent VEE pro & FLUKE

2. Experience & Training:
I have been associated with SPACE APPLICATION CENTER, ISRO as an Apprentice
from JUNE 2015 To May 2016 in calibration Laboratory.
The tasks of a calibration Engineer include maintain, test and repair a variety of instrumentation and
equipment. The primary job is to make sure that instrument and testing devices are calibrated correctly and
give accurate readings.
The calibrating instruments include Digital Multi-meter, Frequency Counter, Signal Generator and
Oscilloscope, Microwave Test Set, Modulation Analyzer and Arbitrary Signal Generator ETC.
 Modifies performance and operation of component parts and circuitry to specifications, using test equipment
and precision instruments.
 Developed Automated test program using Agilent VEE Pro and also work on FLUKE MATCAL.
 Plans sequence of testing and calibration program for instruments and equipment according to blueprints,
schematics, technical manuals, and other specifications.
 Sets up test equipment and conducts tests on performance and reliability of mechanical, structural, or
electromechanical equipment.
 Analyzes and converts test data, using mathematical formulas, and reports results and proposed
modifications.
 Generates a Certification confirms the confidence level of the tests performed, authorized by an autonomous
body under Department of Science & Technology of Govt of India -NABL- National Accreditation Board
for Testing and Calibration Laboratories.
