This document outlines a pathway plan for cricket talent development from ages 13 to the senior national team level. The plan involves three main stages: talent detection to identify potential players through scouting and testing, talent selection to evaluate identified players, and talent confirmation by exposing players to higher levels of competition and evaluation. Younger emerging talents aged 13-15 are scouted and tested nationally, while elite young players aged 16-20 have additional fitness assessments and opportunities in regional matches. Senior elite players are monitored in league and national competitions, and must pass cricket and fitness tests to enter national programs with the goal of international competition selection. The pathway plan aims to help with systematic talent identification, evaluation, and progression to senior national teams.
